Here’s what happens behind the scenes:
If you have submitted insurance information, we will contact your insurance company so that we can get back to you on the cost of therapy for you personally. We will match you with a therapist based on a variety of factors, such as your preferences, availability, and health insurance status.
If you choose not to use your insurance or do not have health insurance, we will assume that you are interested in sliding-fee therapy based on your income. Sliding-fee counseling is with an intern-therapist who consults regularly with an experienced supervisor. You have the advantage of personalized attention from not just one — but two clinicians — who are invested in your success.
