Lisa Klionsky, B.A., M.A., helps Women’s Center of Southeastern Michigan career coaching clients prepare to find new jobs or seek to return to the workplace after an absence. Her background includes seven years as a communications consultant at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where she advises students on their career marketing tools such as cover letters and resumes as well as networking and interviewing. Additionally, she has many years of communications experience in academic, nonprofit, and corporate work settings. Lisa employs her listening and analytical skills as well as her resourcefulness, empathy, and creativity to help TWC clients achieve their goals. “My role here is to support and nurture, and gently nudge clients to meet goals, as they pursue a job search, which can be a daunting and emotional journey. When needed, I try to help clients recognize career directions based on their skills and talents that they may not see on their own.”
