Treat Yourself is a safe space to practice mindfulness, self-calming, and communication skills in an informal group atmosphere.

Develop your brain’s natural anti-depressant power and create a more resilient you!

This 9-week long program will meet on Tuesdays from 6 to 7:30 pm.
